Who I help and how I work
So you're ready to take the next step?
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I specialize in applying natural methodologies to help you achieve optimal health. My approach goes beyond fasting, nutrition, supplements, and exercise. It includes proven natural healing methods like Isopathy, Organotherapy, and Herbal Medicine, as well as modern techniques such as Thermography. In today’s world, where environmental pollution, poor diet, and stress significantly impact our well-being, the ability to embrace our natural healing capabilites, are more important than ever. My goal is to empower you with personalized care that restores balance and vitality to your life.
I work with individuals and families seeking a more holistic, terrain-based approach to health, particularly those dealing with chronic or unresolved symptoms that have not improved through conventional pathways alone. My work commonly focuses on concerns such as fatigue, digestive imbalance, nervous system dysregulation, unresolved issues, infertility, what is considered "degenerative diseases" and many other complex patterns that may not fit neatly into a single diagnosis. I also work with those who want a deeper understanding of their body, environment, and overall terrain, by helping patients explore health through the lens of nourishment, adaptation, lifestyle, and the body’s innate regulatory processes.
In-person or Virtual
Whether in office or from afar, Dr. Arce offers offering a flexible and accessible way to receive terrain-based naturopathic guidance. Sessions are designed to explore the broader context of health, including lifestyle, environment, nutrition, stress patterns, and symptom history. This approach makes ongoing support and education possible for individuals and families both locally and internationally. Initial consults start at $475. Follow-ups are significantly less and vary.
Educational Approach
Education is a central part of the process, empowering patients to better understand their bodies and participate more actively in their health journey. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, Dr. Arce emphasizes helping individuals learn the foundational principles of terrain, adaptation, nourishment, and lifestyle cultivation. The intention is to create greater confidence, awareness, and long-term self-understanding rather than dependence on quick fixes. More education can be found at the Terrain Medicine Institute.
Thermography
Thermography, specifically Regulation Thermography, may be used as a non-invasive tool to observe patterns of heat, circulation, and physiological stress within the body. Rather than viewing the body through a purely disease-centered lens, thermography can help provide a broader picture of how the terrain may be adapting or responding over time. These observations are integrated alongside the individual’s symptoms, history, lifestyle, and overall health context rather than interpreted in isolation. (This can only be done in-person)
Partnership & Guidance
The practitioner-patient relationship is approached as a collaborative partnership built on communication, education, and mutual respect. Rather than positioning the patient as passive, the process encourages active participation, observation, and personal understanding throughout the journey. Dr. Arce works alongside individuals to help them better navigate their health while honoring the body’s complexity, individuality, and capacity for adaptation.
Individualization
Every person’s terrain, history, environment, and constitution are different, which is why recommendations are individualized rather than protocol-driven. Support plans may incorporate nutrition, lifestyle changes, environmental considerations, traditional naturopathic principles, and educational tools tailored to the individual’s goals and circumstances. The focus is on creating realistic and sustainable strategies that support the body’s natural regulatory and adaptive processes.
Acoustic Cardio/Nutritional Assessment
Utilizing the time-tested method of listening to the heart, assessments are approached holistically, taking into account physical symptoms, health history, environment, stress, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and other terrain-related influences. The goal is to look beyond just what heart says and consider how multiple factors may be interacting within the body over time. (This can only be done in-person)
Microscopy
Microscopy may be used as an educational and observational tool to explore patterns within the terrain and stimulate deeper conversations about physiology and lifestyle. Live blood, dried blood, holograms and/or resonant assessments are utilized. These observations can help patients better understand concepts related to balance, adaptation, nourishment, and internal ecology.
Mentorship
Mentorship is available for individuals, students, and practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of terrain-based naturopathy, pleomorphism, microscopy, and holistic health philosophy. Sessions are designed to encourage critical thinking, observational skills, and a broader understanding of health beyond reductionist models alone. Whether someone is new to terrain concepts or looking to expand their professional perspective, mentorship offers a collaborative space for education, discussion, and growth. More formal mentoring programs will be at the Terrain Medicine Institute in the near future.
