Coffee ain’t the best breakfast!

So many reasons why coffee isn’t the best breakfast or part of any good breakfast.

  • It doesn’t give nutrients.

  • It makes the liver work too hard to early

  • it’s full of mycotoxins

  • it alters the digestive pH

  • it fools the body into thinking it‘s not hungry

  • it creates a caffeine addiction and reduces the body’s use of its own wake-up hormones

Try tea, try water with lemon or raw apple cider vinegar. Even try maybe having a hardy breakfast. Give your body a break and save some money and enzymes and avoid the coffee!
