Losing weight can be a daunting task so this group was formed to help people be supported during their weight loss journey. This group will provide support, accountability and a secure place to share experiences. Encouragement and emotional support will naturally be provided to stay strong and motivated. With Dr. Mari’s help, you can learn new ways of healing the body as well as from other’s experience.
Meetings will occur every month for 45-60 mins (depending on attendance).
